When you can request a refund
You are eligible for a full refund if any of the following is true within 30 days of purchase:
- The route content materially does not match the description (wrong city, wrong distance, missing waypoints).
- Translations are missing or incomprehensible in your locale.
- You changed your mind. No justification required — we trust you.
How to request
Email us with your order ID. We process refunds within 3 business days via the original payment method (Stripe). No forms, no friction.
Guided tours
For booked tours, refund terms depend on the cancellation window set by the guide (shown on the tour booking page). Outside that window the route purchase itself remains refundable under the standard 30-day policy.
